Shipping Policy

$10 Flat Rate Shipping

Any orders that select $10 flat rate shipping will be shipped the most economical way possible. Flat rate shipping orders do not qualify for Priority or Expedited shipping. If you are placing a large order and need expedited shipping, please contact us prior to completing your purchase so that we may try to accommodate your requests. Please note that we cannot ship large orders to a P.O. Box address.

Order Processing

To estimate when your shipment will arrive, add the selected items to your cart, enter your zip code, and click the 'Quote Shipping' button. Your order will be shipped on or before the date used to calculate those scheduled delivery dates. This is usually the same day you placed your order, if placed before 1 PM CST. The daily cut-off time varies with order volume. The following problems may sometimes occur:

  • Payment problems

    Payment processing issues may delay the shipment of your order until we contact you for a resolution Please make sure to provide your best contact information,

  • Address problems

    We attempt to validate all shipping addresses with third party databases provided by the USPS and others to ensure on-time delivery. If we cannot validate your shipping address, we hold your order until we can do so. We want to ensure we are shipping to a correct address before the package leaves our facility. We will attempt to contact you immediately.

  • Inventory problems

    We make great efforts to keep our inventory figures accurate on our website so that you never are able to purchase stock that we do not have. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent the occasional inaccuracy. We will attempt to contact you by phone and email if this happens with your order. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be placed on hold for up to one business day while we wait for a response and resolution. At the end of this period, if we have not heard from you we will remove the oversold item(s) from your order and ship the remaining items.

  • For Time-Sensitive Projects

    If you have a time-sensitive project, we strongly encourage you to place your order well in advance. By ordering early, you allow ample time for potential delays, ensuring that your items will arrive when you need them, even if the transit time extends beyond the typical window. Your understanding and proactive planning can help mitigate the inherent uncertainties associated with shipping once the package leaves our control.


Shipping Prices

If you need your order sooner that $10 flat rate shipping option, please select Priority Mail To calculate your shipping charges simply add the items you are interested in purchasing to your shopping cart. On the cart page, provide your country, state and postal code, and click the 'Quote Shipping' button. Our shipping prices are based on our discounted carrier rates, varying with the size and weight of your order, as well as the distance from our distribution facility to your delivery address.

Available Shipping Methods

USPS Priority Mail is available for smaller orders which fall under certain size, weight and cost limits. USPS Priority Mail is advertised with an estimated transit time of 1-3 business days, but it’s important to note that this timeframe is not guaranteed. While most shipments arrive within this period, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, high package volumes, or operational issues within USPS.

Because Priority Mail does not come with a money-back guarantee, refunds will not be issued if your package takes longer than the estimated 1-3 business days to arrive. Once a shipment has been picked up by the carrier, Holiday Whimsy no longer has control over its handling, routing, or delivery schedule. I appreciate your understanding and patience, as delivery times may vary depending on USPS operations.

UPS Ground We offer flat rate shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States, which are shipped using the most economical method available. If you need your order delivered more quickly, we recommend selecting a UPS shipping option that best suits your timeline. Estimated transit times for UPS Ground are displayed on our website. Please be aware that about 1–3% of shipments may be delayed in transit by UPS. Delays resulting from weather, natural disasters, “Acts of God,” or war are not covered under UPS guarantees. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for expedited shipping charges if your shipment does not arrive within the quoted timeframe.
